The HIREFREN Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics. The journal adheres to the principles and guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and expects all parties involved in the publication process—authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher—to comply with these standards.

Author Responsibilities: Authors must ensure that their work is original, accurately reported, and free from fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism. All authors listed on a manuscript must have made a substantive contribution to the research and must approve the final version. Any conflicts of interest, funding sources, and ethical approvals (where applicable) must be disclosed. Authors must not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously.

Reviewer Responsibilities: Reviewers must treat manuscripts as confidential, provide objective and constructive feedback, and declare any conflicts of interest. Reviewers must not use unpublished manuscript content for personal advantage or to disadvantage others.

Editor Responsibilities: Editors must make decisions based on academic merit and must not allow personal, commercial, or political interests to influence their judgment. Editors must maintain the confidentiality of the review process and investigate any suspected ethical violations promptly and fairly.
